This week was my first time on a podcast discussing how to feel good about money. Tasha D’Cruz invited me on her podcast Raising Healthy Mothers as money is an important topic that is often not talked about. As a certified financial coach I see many different issues that women face around money. It was great to have the opportunity to help her audience.
In our conversation we talked about:
- What a relationship with money means
- Common issues women have around money and why money is such a taboo subject
- How our childhood affects our relationship with money
- What a healthy relationship with money looks like
- How to help our children build a healthy relationship with money
Listen on:
I’d love to hear your thoughts and whether any of it resonates with you.

Philly is a London-based certified financial coach, passionate about helping women improve their relationship with money.
With 12 years in the wealth management industry she can help with the practical side of money along with the behavioural, helping you build healthy habits and identify your goals.
Tasha is a registered Nutritional Therapist and qualified Natural Chef. Her mission is to help you be the energetic, healthy, sparky mum you really want to be, from conception through to pregnancy, birth and the first few years. She gives practical, no-nonsense, straightforward advice without any fads or difficult diets.
Her focus is on supporting new mums and encouraging them to put their health, happiness and wellbeing at the forefront of their mind from the moment they begin to think of having a baby all the way through bringing up their child. Because all too often baby becomes the biggest focus, at the expense of mum’s own wellbeing.
But if you want to give your child the healthiest life possible, you need to put your own oxygen mask on first! A relaxed, well-fed and well-slept mum is the best person to nurture and nourish her child during pregnancy, infancy and childhood.
And that starts with good nutrition at each stage of you and your baby’s lives together. Click here to see more about Tasha.
