The couple with no plan
Both high earners, one a KC. Good income, plenty of cash sitting in the bank, nothing invested, and no time to talk about what they actually wanted. We made the space to have that conversation properly, and turned “the future” into actual numbers.
The high biller with high outgoings
Strong chambers income, but lumpy - and no idea where it was all going. He was dipping into the money set aside for tax too often, which made him feel unstable. Credit cards filled the gaps, and at home he could never tell his wife what was fine to spend, because he didn’t know himself. We built a system that smooths the lumps: tax covered first, and knowledge of what’s ok to spend as a household - clarity for everyone involved.
The KC planning for later
They wanted to know what day-to-day spending would look like in life after the Bar. Their adviser had been asking for the income needed in retirement for years, but there was never the time (or inclination) to actually stop and look at it. We did it together - and that one piece of work alone was worth the investment.
